suzenna & chad – july 4th, 2009
a few weeks ago, i had the pleasure to witness and photograph suzenna and chad’s wedding at the lovely nikkei centre in burnaby bc. i’ve known suzenna through her cousin and my good friend hannah since childhood so it was like old home day being with the families and friends at this beautiful wedding!
after the ceremony and before the reception, it was off to deer lake park for some more wedding party photos. chad was a trooper even after his poor back injury clamped down on him but he still managed to walk around to help us get some more shots. normally, this park is super busy on saturdays in wedding season, but we arrived at the perfect time and were the only ones around!
i know, i know, too much flare, but i love the feel of this one anyway, flare and all!
this was the coolest father daughter dance i’ve ever photographed! suzenna and her dad, king, boogied it up to “daddy cool”
gorgeous girls and long time friends, margaret, suzenna (check out her 2nd gorgeous dress of the day in one of my fave colours – so so pretty!) and hannah, my dear friend since grade three!! margaret and hannah are suzenna’s cousins.
